    Since starting the menopause I’ve felt really insecure and gained a real loss of confidence, could anyone suggest any helpful remedies to support or supported them?

    • Whilst relaxation is also crucial during this time, for myself exercise was a real distraction. Even when I didn’t really feel up for going for walk or participating in an in-door home exercise, these types of activities immediately boosted my mood and self-esteem.

      What’s everyone’s confidence tips? Haven’t had much self-esteem lately and hoping someone on here would have a few tips?

      • Drink plenty of water. This might not have been the answer you was expecting but having the right amount of water is so important for brain function, energy levels and also helping your skin look and feel fresh. This would be my Top Tip.
