Please note orders are directly fulfilled by our brand partners and may take up to 5 days to arrive and delivery times will vary.
Please be aware that delivery may take a little longer to these areas: The Scottish Isles, Channel Islands, Isle Of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and the following postcodes: AB, BT, DD, EH, GY, JE, FK, HS, IM, IV, KA, KW, KY, ML, PA, PH, TD, TR, ZE
Purchases made from any of our brand partners will be despatched directly from their premises. Delivery timescales, methods and costs may differ.
Please note items fulfilled by our partners can only be returned directly to the address of our brand partners. This can be found on the delivery note enclosed in your original parcel.

- Please be sure to obtain a proof of posting from your Post Office, you will need this to hurry things along, should your parcel take a while to arrive at the address of our brand partners.
- Please note that thebeautyagenteurs and brand partners cannot be held responsible for any items which fail to reach the address. We recommend that overseas customers send their parcels via a registered trackable service and get a proof of receipt.
- a) our returns policy – items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact. Returns must be made within 28 days,, beginning the day after the day on which you receive the product.
- b) if you have purchased products as part of an offer or discount, the amount refunded will be adjusted accordingly to reflect any failure to meet the original requirements for the offer or discount as a result of returning the product; and
- c) you also have legal rights, which are not affected by our goodwill returns policy.
